Day 01: Arrival in Leh
Meal: breakfast
After arrival at Leh Airport, you would be transferred to hotel for check-in. Today you are free for leisure & acclimatization. This way you can explore the Leh town and also become familiar with the high altitude climate. Overnight at hotel in Leh.
Day 02: Leh – Sangam – Hall of Fame – Leh
Meal: breakfast and dinner
Today after breakfast leave for half day excursion to Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill & Sangam View where Indus & Zanskar river meet. Afternoon you would be driven back to hotel. In the evening visit Leh palace and enjoy a sunset at Shanti Stupa. Night stay at hotel in Leh.
Day 03: Leh – Khardungla Top – Nubra Valley
Meal: breakfast and dinner
Today after an early breakfast you would be driven to Nubra Valley. Enroute visit Khardung-la pass, the highest motorable road in the world at 18,380ft. Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldorma or the valley of flowers. It is situated to the north of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas. Visit picturesque and famous Diskit monastery and huge statue of Buddha Maitreya. You can see entire valley from here. Then continue your journey towards Hunder. Arrive at Hunder & check in at Hotel/Camps. Later enjoy the Camel ride on sand dunes of Hunder. Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel/Camp.
Day 04: Nubra Valley – Pangong Lake
Meal: breakfast and dinner
Today after breakfast, we shall drive to Pangong Lake via Shyok, Durbuk and Tangste villages. Pangong Lake is in the east to the Leh in the Changthang region of Ladakh and perhaps one of the most amazing lakes in Asia which changes its color 4 – 5 times a day. At evening enjoy the breathtaking view of Pangong Lake. Overnight at the Camp at Pangong Lake.
Day 05: Pangong Lake – Leh
Meal: breakfast and dinner
Today after breakfast, check out from the Camp & drive to Leh via Changla Pass (17500ft). On the way visit Hemis, Shey and Thiksey monasteries. Evening free for leisure & own activities. Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 06: Depart Leh
Meal: breakfast
After Breakfast, check out from the Hotel & you would be transferred to Leh Airport. Your memorable tour to beautiful Ladakh concludes here.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR TOURISTS VISITING LADAKH
Ladakh is a very safe, tourist-friendly and cheering place, but still, you need to take care of some preparations which can make your tour even better and memorable:
– Only post-paid mobile phones work in Leh-Ladakh, preferably BSNL, Airtel and Jio. As phones may not work in many places, keep your family members informed well in advance not to worry if they fail to contact you.
– You would hardly find any cellular network in most of the areas in Leh. BSNL works better here, however, you would find Airtel and Jio signals also at some places (Leh, Hunder and Diskit).
– Don’t expect high-speed internet in Ladakh.
– Keep ready a pair of woollen (not heavy) with you as temperature may dip as low as 5 degrees any time even during summer months.
– Carry good Sun Screen lotion, sunglasses (goggles), cap with you to avoid sunburn as sun rays are direct and can burn your skin.
– Don’t forget to carry photo id with you. Driving License, Passport, Voter Cards, and Aadhaar are valid photo IDs.
– While travelling on the mountains, keep drinking water and eating healthy food and fruits to avoid high altitude sickness and dizziness due to curvy roads, low air pressure and dry air.
– Carry headache, stomachache, anti-vomiting tablets with you.
– You may consume diamox at least 7-8 hours before arrival at Leh (preferably before falling asleep) and may also take before boarding plane to Leh. The medicine is optional. Having rest and drinking enough water for some hours after reaching Leh is advised.
– Leh has some ATM machines where you can withdraw cash. These machines witness long queues of customers during peak season and run out of cash many times. Non-connectivity is another issue. So carrying enough cash is advisable.
– Please respect the Buddhist and Muslim culture of Ladakh. People of all communities here believe in brotherhood and harmony and respects the tourists. The residents expect the same from the tourists.

I don’t know where I should start from. Its difficult to culminate it in short. The best thing about discover leh ladakh is the whole team is local and they know ladakh better. As I was told by them while having cup of tea in their Leh office, they are in this business for many years and have earned a good reputation in the industry. Our driver was amazing person who worked as a guide and a friend. He bacame a family member in this short time period. The hotels and camps provided were neat and clean. They never accept full package amount in advance as they believe tourists may have to cancel the trip for unforeseen reasons and they don’t want to waste time in refunding the amount. So they take majority of amount during or after the trip. This thing impressed me a lot. They trust their customers, even as many customers are rude and belongs to various backgrounds. We had wonderful time in Ladakh. My husband is curious to visit this place again and again. Hopefully this time we shall do manali ladakh srinagar road trip. I will give 5 out of 5 as this site has no option to press 10 out of 5.
The trip to the crown of the country was more than what we had imagined. We wanted to stay for at least a week in Ladakh but we had just 5-6 days in hand, so chose this trip. These guys helped us in booking the complete package tour. Visited in October 2019. Our driver Nazir was humble, honest and good person with complete knowledge of the place. He is one of the best drivers in ladakh and if he is with you, you need not to hire any guide.

Unfortunately pangong lake was closed for tourists because of India-china conflict but we were suggested to visit Tso Moriri lake which is equally beautiful. So no regrets. Thank you guys. This trip has changed the way I used to travel. I always used to think about visiting abroad with a focus on cities like New York, London, Paris, Dubai, etc. I was a little hesitant about planning a trip to Ladakh, which basically is a remote tribal area with limited facilities and limited resources. Good service in winter when only 5-6 hotels were open. Only problem was no stay option at pangong where temperature was around -30. Lake was frozen. We went there and came back same day. Driver was awesome and best in ladakh. Food was delicious. Sometimes washroom was completely frozen but this is normal in ladakh. That is why most hotels remain closed in winter. Discover leh ladakh is reliable trusted and helpful travel company. Driver Nazir is polite and honest person with good driving sense and knowledge.

They offered us with the desired tour package to ladakh as we wanted to cover as much destinations as possible within just 5 days due to job constraints. We were also worried for AMS as my elderly parents were joining us for this trip. Finally everything went smooth without a single glitch. The only negative part was maddening tourist crowd everywhere. We were told that tourists were throning ladakh all of sudden in september as government had lifted many restrictions and tourists were dying to get out of their houses for last many months since march 2020 lockdown. We saw hundreds of tourists at pangong lake who were not getting anything to spend night as all camps had booked in advance. I’ll suggest everyone to book the complete tour package before visiting ladakh.
Good service but very cold: we did 5 nights and 6 days tour in leh ladakh in end of march. Everything was good but it was very cold at pangong lake. travel agent do good service but he should take care of cold weather in pangong lake. he should make warm room for tourist who come from warm areas like us from hyderabad. we enjoyed very much but pangong stay was very cold and there was no mobile phone service. please ask ladakh government to build jio tower for good phone call and internet at pangong. this will help all tourists visiting pangong lake area. thank you for your help.

If there is any paradise in India; it is Ladakh. The rooftop of the world, ladakh is extremely beautiful and worth visiting place for both natural beauty seekers and pilgrims (followers of Buddhism). We have finished our 5 nights 6 days leh Ladakh package with discover leh Ladakh on 12 February 2024. It was an amazing experience. We did not stay at pangong lake as it was very cold there and return back to leh for night stay. We saw a lot of snow at khardungla pass and changla pass. We received warm cozy rooms. Weather was amazing.
